These terms govern your use of https://www.epikproductionsllc.com and the booking of services from EPiK Productions LLC("EPiK Productions").

Quotes and bookings

Prices shown on this site are "starting at" figures; final pricing depends on your date, location, guest count, and package. A quote becomes a booking only when confirmed by EPiK Productions, and popular dates are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.

Equipment and service

Rented equipment remains the property of EPiK Productions LLC. We deliver, set up, and operate equipment as described in your booking, and we bring backup equipment to every event. The client is responsible for providing reasonable venue access, power, and a safe operating environment.

Photos

Photo booth guests receive digital copies of their photos as described in their package. Please only use the booth if you consent to being photographed.

Liability

EPiK Productions is a fully insured vendor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
